Standard warranty covers the replacement of defective parts for up to 2 years after purchase date.

30-Day Returns - Standard returns Returns are accepted if initiated by the buyer within 30 days of receipt. Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received per our inspection or else dockages may be incurred. A 20% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brew equipment and grinders; this covers subsequent physical and mechanical inspection, additional setup/testing, and restocking post receipt.     It works, but at what cost?

    I'll start by saying it works, and does what it's supposed to.

    I run a mobile coffee trailer and was expecting to be able to fasten this down to my countertop. My PuqPress is bolted down, but this essentially just sits over the PuqPress and the grinder just sits on top. Not sure why this costs so much for being/doing so little.

    Most annoyingly though is the fact that it covers up the opening to feed to plug into. I love the clean look of having my powercords run under the counter, they designed the PuqPress to intentionally be able to feed the cords for the press and grinder through it. But this bracket doesn't have a cut out for the grinder power cord, so I either have to drill another hole, or deal with the cord running across my counter.

    Great Company And Machine

    The PUQ is an great machine. Initially, there was a difficulty and ProCoffee was exceptional in their response. They responded personally, affably, and worked closely with me to fix the problem. Customer service is excellent. They went far beyond what others do to provide care and satisfaction. Superb!
