30-Day Returns – Standard Policy
If your purchase doesn’t meet your needs, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received and is subject to inspection upon arrival. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may be subject to additional fees. A 20% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brew equipment, and grinders. This fee helps cover inspection, testing, and restocking once the item is received. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any associated costs. GREAT ADDITION! A must for a busy cafe
Item was almost like new for 1 scratch but in a busy commercial setting eventually you will get a scratch on your gear
Functionally, this works well like any other Puqpress. But this new Gen6 Q model has some rotational play/wobble in the piston drive shaft. For reference, the PUQ Mini Gen6 has a solid piston. It doesn’t make a practical difference, but it irks me slightly from a user experience perspective.
My first time using this product!
It’s very good and easy to use . It does save my energy and time.
