Marco Parts WarrantyMarco equipment purchased through Pro Coffee Gear (“PCG”) includes a twenty-four (24) month parts-only warranty from the date of shipment from the manufacturer against defects in materials or workmanship, as determined by Marco.Under this warranty, coverage is limited to the repair or replacement of defective Marco-manufactured parts, at Marco’s discretion. Labor, installation, diagnostics, travel, shipping, and any other service-related costs are expressly excluded. Equipment or parts subject to a warranty claim must be returned for inspection prior to authorization. Marco 90-Day Standard ReturnsReturns are accepted if initiated by the buyer within 90 days of the invoice date. Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received, as determined by inspection upon arrival. If items show signs of use, damage, missing components, or altered condition, additional dockages may apply.A 25% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brew equipment, and grinders. This fee covers physical and mechanical inspection, additional setup and testing, and restocking once the equipment is received.All returns require preauthorization from Customer Service, and approval is granted at our sole discretion.
