The Eversys Enigma Super Traditional X-Wide variants feature a 33-inch width, allowing two baristas to use the machine simultaneously. This super-automatic espresso machine is designed to produce 350 espresso shots per hour and can be used in self-service settings as well.

Warranty

Eversys Warranty CoverageEversys equipment purchased through Pro Coffee Gear (“PCG”) is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of manufacture, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. Warranty coverage is provided at Eversys’ sole discretion and is limited to the repair or replacement of defective Eversys-manufactured parts and, where approved, associated labor performed by an Eversys-authorized service provider.Parts Warranty: Eversys provides two (2) years of parts coverage or up to one hundred thousand (100,000) beverages per group head, whichever occurs first.Labor Warranty: Labor is covered for one (1) year or up to fifty thousand (50,000) beverages per group head, whichever occurs first.Labor coverage applies only when approved in advance by Pro Coffee Gear or Eversys. Travel, diagnostics, expedited shipping, and other ancillary service costs are excluded unless expressly authorized by Eversys in writing.Warranty coverage requires proper installation, operation, and maintenance in accordance with Eversys guidelines, including the use of Eversys-approved cleaning products and water quality that meets manufacturer specifications. Damage or failures resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, unauthorized service or modifications, improper storage or transportation, inadequate or incorrect water treatment, or normal wear and tear are expressly excluded from warranty coverage.All warranty claims must be submitted through Pro Coffee Gear and authorized prior to any repair in accordance with Eversys RMA procedures. Warranty coverage may be void if repairs or attempted repairs are made without authorization or if PCG or Eversys is not given the opportunity to evaluate and resolve the issue. Final determination of warranty eligibility, scope of coverage, and labor authorization is made solely by Eversys, and liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts only and does not extend to incidental or consequential damages.

Returns

30-Day Returns – Standard PolicyIf your purchase doesn’t meet your needs, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received and is subject to inspection upon arrival. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may be subject to additional fees. A 20% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brew equipment, and grinders. This fee helps cover inspection, testing, and restocking once the item is received. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any associated costs. All returns must be shipped back to our facility in Austin, Texas.
