Warranty

Pro Coffee Gear 3-Year Home Warranty (Parts & Labor)

The Pro Coffee Gear (“PCG”) 3-Year Home Warranty provides coverage for the replacement of defective parts and authorized labor for up to three (3) years from the date of purchase when the equipment is used in a residential (non-commercial) setting. All warranty labor is performed exclusively by PCG. If a warranty claim is approved, the equipment must be returned to PCG for inspection, evaluation, and repair at PCG’s discretion.

This warranty covers parts and labor deemed defective by PCG. Shipping to PCG, expedited shipping services, and any additional costs are excluded.

To maintain warranty coverage, equipment must be properly installed, operated under normal residential conditions, and maintained in accordance with manufacturer maintenance and water quality guidelines. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, neglect, external events such as power surges, fire, or flooding, or parts subject to normal wear and tear, including but not limited to gaskets, seals, screens, and other consumable components.

Equipment used in a commercial or non-residential setting is not eligible for the PCG 3-Year Home Warranty. Commercial use is covered under Pro Coffee Gear’s 1-Year Commercial Parts Warranty, which provides replacement of parts found to be defective in materials or workmanship for up to twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Labor, shipping, and service-related costs are excluded under the commercial warranty.

This warranty does not cover accidental damage, abuse, external events such as power surges, fire, or flooding, or parts subject to normal wear and tear, including but not limited to gaskets, seals, screens, and other consumable components.

Warranty coverage will be void if unauthorized service is performed or if PCG is not given the opportunity to evaluate and remedy the issue prior to repair. PCG’s sole responsibility under this warranty is limited, at its discretion, to the repair or replacement of defective parts. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and only to defects in materials or workmanship, and does not extend to any additional services, costs, or damages beyond those expressly stated above.

Returns

30-Day Returns – Standard Policy
If your purchase doesn’t meet your needs, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received and is subject to inspection upon arrival. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may be subject to additional fees. A 20% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brew equipment, and grinders. This fee helps cover inspection, testing, and restocking once the item is received. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any associated costs. water Quality Requirements

Water quality testing for your espresso machine is essential for optimal flavor and equipment longevity. Good water enhances the taste of your coffee, while impurities can cause scale buildup and damage to the machine. Damage caused by inadequately treated water will void the machine and manufacturer’s warranty. Chloride requirements only apply to machines with steel boilers.

ECM CLASSIKA PID ESPRESSO MACHINE
After receiving a unit that was damaged in shipping, a tech named Danny reached out to me and connected via video connection, talking me through troubleshooting the problem. It was too serious to be fixed, so I shipped the damaged unit back at their expense, and received a new machine in perfect condition within a few days. very good customer service, would definitely recommend ProCoffeeGear.
