Key Features

Electronic temperature control system - boiler pressure is programmable on its 2.8” touch screen display and utilizes a PID, improving steam pressure and extraction temperature stability

T3 Technology - set three independent temperatures for the steam boiler, the brew boiler, and the saturated group head

Pre-infusion chamber, with control - pre-infuses the coffee cake at a lower pressure for efficient, consistent extraction; adjustable for barista’s control

Volumetric Dosing - An accurately defined dosing amount is dispensed with each stroke of the pump. This individual stroke volume cannot be adjusted; however, the number of strokes can vary the dosing amount. The principle is excellent for continuous dosing.

Soft Infusion System(SIS) - Guarantees soft and creamy espresso extractions every time. It does this by monitoring pressure in the system and gradually increases this pressure as the extraction process continues.

High Efficiency Extraction System (HEES). - Enhances the aroma of each coffee blend in the cup because it transfers all the splendid and creamy substances right through the new extraction system.
