The Wega Polaris is a commercial espresso machine designed with both form and function in mind. Each group head offers four programmable doses, helping baristas keep drinks consistent during service. The 17-liter boiler provides enough capacity to handle both espresso and hot water needs at the same time, even during peak hours. - Volumetric control - program espresso shots by volume, automating workflow and ensuring shot consistency.
- Heat Exchanger - Brew water is pulled through a copper pipe that runs through the 17L steam boiler, allowing you to brew and steam at the same time.
- Two stainless steam wands with slide lever control tap - Efficient steaming that enables the steaming of two drinks at once.
- E61 style thermostabilized groupheads- results in stable water temperature assuring quality espresso.
- Hot water dispenser - able to output lower temperature hot water for teas and americanos.
Standard warranty covers the replacement of defective parts for up to 12 months after purchase date.
30-Day Returns - Standard returns Returns are accepted if initiated by the buyer within 30 days of receipt. Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received per our inspection or else dockages may be incurred. A 20% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brew equipment and grinders; this covers subsequent physical and mechanical inspection, additional setup/testing, and restocking post receipt.
